Faculty Biography
Bonaventure Maalekuu is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Horticulture of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. He is a graduate of KNUST (BSc) and Hebrew University of Jerusalem (MPhil & Ph.D.). His teaching and research work focuses on the major topics in Postharvest technology and horticulture.
