Faculty Biography
Eric Arthur holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Benin, Nigeria. He had both his first and second degrees in Economics from the University of Ghana. His special interests are in Health Economics, Econometrics, and Public Finance. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Economics in the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where he teaches Health Economics and Econometrics at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. He also teaches courses in Domestic finance for development at the graduate level. Eric’s research focuses on reproductive health and health care financing. He has also done some work on the demographic dividend using the National Transfer Account Approach for the United Nations Population Fund and the National Development Planning Commission.
