Research Overview & Focus

Child Nutrition and Water Access: A Network of Global Influence, Researcher A explored early studies on water access in Ghana, focusing on its impact on children's health. In global health, Researchers B examined policies around obesity prevention, including initiatives like the South African and Ghanaian food environment research network. For specific nutritional challenges, Researcher C studied iron metabolism and dietary deficiencies among young adolescents in Ghana. Public awareness was also crucial in improving maternal and child nutrition through international e-learning programs.
