Faculty Biography

Harriet Appiah Kyeremeh holds an MPhil in English from KNUST and a BA in Linguistics with Spanish from the University of Ghana. Her research interests cover issues in Cognitive Semantics, Syntax and Discourse Analysis. She is particularly interested in Conceptual Metaphor. That is, how it is employed as a cognitive device in communication and how it reflects in the cultural background of language users. Miss Kyeremeh is also passionate about integrating research results with teaching.
