Daniel Bioyel Bewel
The researcher's overall focus is on integrating legal, social, and political dimensions across various disciplines, particularly examining international law, constitutional issues, judicial processes, privacy, and data protection frameworks within South Africa. Their work bridges perspectives from international law and aviation with constitutional and judicial systems, as well as privacy-related issues in a social sciences context.
Faculty Biography
Daniel is an Assistant Lecturer at the Commercial Law Department of the Faculty of Law, KNUST where he teaches Law of Contract and Medical Law & Ethics. He has also previously taught Company Law.His research interest is in Medical Law & Ethics, Law of Taxation, Law of Contract and Company Law. He has a publication in Medical Law & Ethics and has presented a paper in the area in the Maiden Medical Law and Ethics Conference held at KNUST in 2017.Daniel is currently working on a paper titled; The Proprietary Interest in the Human Cadaver: The Ownership Dilemmas.
