Faculty Biography

Desmond Opoku is a lecturer in the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Built Environment with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture, Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture and a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. Programme in Architecture. He is a Professional Architect associated with the Ghana Institute of Architects and the Architect Registration Council with about ten (10) years of experience. His research interests are in but not restricted to Building Services, Architectural Design, Construction Technology and Management, Indigenous Building Materials in contemporary context and Housing.
