Joseph Kwasi Adu
The researcher has made significant contributions across diverse fields in sustainable agriculture and food chemistry. Their work encompasses themes such as soil fertility dynamics, chemical processes for agricultural products, environmental impact assessment, soil carbon sequestration, pest management strategies, bioactive compounds synthesis, pharmaceutical quality control, innovative analytical techniques, soil erosion mitigation, peanut plant research, and bioequivalence studies. Through a comprehensive exploration of these areas, the researcher has advanced both theoretical and applied knowledge, emphasizing the importance of sustainable practices in enhancing agricultural productivity and environmental sustainability.
Faculty Biography
Joseph Adu successfully completed a four year Pharmacy programme to earn his B.Pharm (Hons) degree at the Faculty of Pharmacy (KNUST, Kumasi). He also obtained his post graduate MSc (Pharm Analysis) and PhD (Pharm Science) from the Strathclyde University in Glasgow, United Kingdom. He is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, College of Health Science at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi, Ghana. Dr Adu is a registered Pharmacist and a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana
