Faculty Biography
Mr Yaw Agyei Gyasi is a Senior Technician at the Department of Food Science and Technology. He conducts and supports experiments and research on micro-organisms and their application in food.He joined the department as a Teaching and Research Assistant during his national service and continued to serve as a Contract Technician until his appointment into the rank of Senior Technician.He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Laboratory Technology from the University of Cape Coast and a Master of Science in Food Quality Management from KNUST. He has training in ISO 17025:2017; an international standard for testing laboratories, and is an auditor for the standard.
