Faculty Biography

Benjamin Agyei-Owusu is a Lecturer in the Department of Supply Chain and Information Systems at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. His research interests include supply chain capabilities, supply chain information systems, digital transformation, and quality management. His published works have appeared in reputable journals such as IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, International Journal of Information Management, International Journal of Logistics Management, Benchmarking: and International Journal, International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management and Management Research Review.
