This research focuses on examining mental health treatment accessibility across Ghana, drawing insights from data collected in Akwatia, where residents faced significant challenges with access to help-seeking behavior among vulnerable populations. The study highlights disparities in access to treatment among marginalized groups, influenced by factors such as poverty and cultural practices, contributing to broader themes of equity and social determinants of health. These findings underscore the need for targeted interventions to enhance mental health services and improve public health outcomes.
