The researcher has a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach, focusing on natural products, food science, plant-based pharmaceuticals, pharmacology, analytical chemistry, and ethical issues in drug development. Their work spans various therapeutic domains, examining properties of natural gums, fruit juices, colonial plants, and their applications across multiple therapeutic areas.

Faculty Biography

Professor Noble Kuntworbe had his ordinary and advance level education at Anglican Secondary and Opoku Ware School respectively, from 1987 to 1994. He obtained his Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree in the year 2000 and a Master of Pharmacy Degree in 2004, both from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. Prof Kuntworbe also obtained a certificate in the Management of Drug Supply through a distance learning programme by the Commonwealth Pharmaceutical Association (CPA), which was administered by the University of Abadeen, Scotland in 2006. He obtained a PhD from the University of Auckland, New Zealand in 2012, through a Commonwealth Scholarship Programme.Prof Kuntworbe was appointed a lecturer at the Department of Pharmaceutics, College of Health Sciences, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in June 2005. He was promoted to Senior Lecturer in August 2013 and Associate professor in August 2019.
