The research examines an interdisciplinary approach spanning several domains in social sciences to explore how justice, development, political change, international legal principles, local governance systems, and ethical privacy intersect across various fields. This integrated method aims to address complex interrelated issues related to justice, society, and ethics, providing a comprehensive understanding of these critical areas.

Faculty Biography

Kwadwo Bioh Agyei holds a B.A. Political Studies degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Ghana Institute of Managemenent and Public Administration (GIMPA). He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from University of Education, Winneba and a Master of Laws (LLM) again from KNUST. He had his professional legal education from the Ghana School of Law.As an academic, Kwadwo has research interests in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, African Union Law and Industrial/Labour relations.
