Faculty Biography
A professor at the Department of Industrial Art, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Kumasi Ghana. Prof. Rudolf Steiner had his tertiary education at Accra Polytechnic where he studied and obtained certificates in General Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. He proceeded to the University of Science and Technology where he studied and obtained Diploma in Rural Art and Industry, BA Art (ceramics), MA Art Education and PhD. Art Education. Prof. Rudolf Steiner reviews journal articles for Takoradi, and Sunyani Technical Universities. He is also an external Examiner for Wa, Sunyani and Takoradi. Technical Universities and moderates’ questions for National. Board for Technician Examination. With his skills and Knowledge in engineering and material science, Prof. Rudolf Steiner championed the designing and construction of several facilities for preservative treatment of Bamboo and Rattan in the Department of Industrial Art, where he teaches rattan and bamboo technology and clay forming techniques, kilns and furnaces technology.
