Charlotte Adjanor-Doku, PhD is an early career academic in the Department of Human Resource and Organizational Development at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). She is actively engaged in teaching both postgraduate and undergraduate students, imparting her expertise in the field.Charlotte holds a PhD in Business and Management, specializing in Human Resource Management, from KNUST, where she also earned her undergraduate and master's degrees. This strong academic foundation has equipped her with an in-depth understanding of her discipline and a well-rounded perspective in her teaching and research.Recognized for her outstanding contributions, Charlotte was honored with the Best Oral Presenter award at TECKCONFAB '23, specifically in the sub-theme of "Governance, Entrepreneurship, and Development." This accolade highlights her exceptional presentation skills and her depth of knowledge in her research area.Her research interests include leadership, innovation, sustainability, organizational behavior, international management, and human resource management. Through her work, she seeks to explore and contribute to advancements in these critical areas of study.Known for her devotion, resourcefulness, and goal-oriented approach, Charlotte is committed to fostering the social and academic growth of her students.
