The researcher has explored multiple areas within the physical sciences, focusing on network security through deep learning, detection mechanisms for resource-constrained IoT devices using machine learning, MITM attacks, blockchain applications in industrial internet of things, energy-efficient wireless sensor networks, smart agriculture, and software-defined networking. They also investigated theoretical frameworks such as link load balancing with cat swarm optimization and information and cyber security aspects, including secure network architectures and data integrity solutions for IoT and Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs). Their work integrates diverse technologies across domains to address challenges in security, efficiency, and performance, highlighting the interdisciplinary nature of modern research.

Faculty Biography

Dr. Agyemang is a Lecturer at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. He received his BSc, MSc, and PhD degrees in Telecommunication Engineering from KNUST, Ghana. His research interests include the Internet of Things (IoT), Network and Application Security, Blockchain Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Applied Cryptography. Currently, he is exploring the field of Quantum Computing and Information Sciences.Certified as an ICSI CNSS Certified Network Security Specialist, a Certified Cybersecurity Technician, and a Certified SOC Analyst, Dr. Agyemang's skills and expertise make him an outstanding cybersecurity consultant. He specializes in Reverse Engineering, Networks and Application Security, and Blockchain Security.Driven by a passion to protect against cyber threats, Dr. Agyemang is a pioneer in cybersecurity. He develops advanced solutions for optimal protection and security for his clients. His innovation and commitment to excellence make him an exemplary figure in his field.
