Eric Francis Eshun
The researcher's work focuses on integrating diverse domains such as design education, creativity, higher education, student assessment, customer service, and teacher education across various academic fields. Their research examines how students perceive learning experiences, feedback practices, and societal perceptions, while also exploring the development of mathematical skills in art students. The goal is to create a holistic understanding of learning processes and their impact on society, with a particular emphasis on equity, inclusivity, and innovation through interdisciplinary approaches.
Faculty Biography
Eric Francis Eshun is a Senior Lecturer in Communication Design in the Department of Communication Design at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. He has taught several graphic design courses in the Department of Communication Design and as Service Lecturer in Communication Graphic and Art in Landscape Design at the same university. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Art Education and Masters in African Art and Culture from the KNUST, a B.A. (Art) with First Class Honours (Hons) Degree in Graphic Design at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. His research interests cut across the design education with special focus on fostering creativity, assessment in art and design, visual analysis and studio pedagogy.
