Since September 1991 I have been involved in higher education.  I started first as a Teaching assistance and later as a demonstrator during my graduate days and after my M.Pharm graduation became full time faculty member in September 1997.  During my full-time faculty tenure I have been involved in various research in drug formulation and also part time community pharmacy practitioner. I have supervised over 100 undergraduate final year students and over 10 MPharm students in various field of Pharmaceutics. I have served the Faculty and the University in various areas.
