I had my High School education at Prempeh College in the Ashanti Region of Ghana and proceeded to the University of Ghana, Legon, for my undergraduate studies; graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree Honours in Sociology. I had my post-graduate studies in Regional Planning at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. These are in addition to a Post-graduate Diploma in Journalism and Communication at the School of Journalism and Communication Studies in the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Certificate in Project Analysis at the Egyptian Centre for Agriculture (EICA).After a working stint with the Ghana Education Service and the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development as an Assistant Superintendent of Education and an Assistant Rural Planning Officer respectively, I took up an appointment with the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology as a Research Fellow at the then Land Administration Research Centre (LARC). My research interests are in the areas of:As part of my teaching mandate in the University, I have been with the Department of Land Economy for a considerable number of years handling courses in:I have also provided part time teaching services to the Department of Planning in Planning Legislation and Administration and the Department of Environmental Science in Fundamentals of Planning.
