She has supervised over 60 undergraduates and postgraduate students over the period.  She served as the Head of the Department of Publishing Studies from 2009 to 2011.Her research interests include Print and Digital Publishing, Micro-Publishing (social media publishing and use), Communication, Book Trade, Publishing Management, Financial Management, Marketing, Scholarly Publishing, Educational Development, and Disability Issues.She is currently the Chairperson of The KNUST Advisory Team on Disability.
