Honours in Chemical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University Science and Technology (KNUST). She served as Teaching and Research Assistant for her National Service. She had Lukoil Overseas Scholarship through the Ministry of Energy to pursue a Postgraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, Moscow – Russia, and graduated with specialty in the Technology of Petroleum Refining. She holds a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering at KNUST with a research focus on “Biodesulphurization of Crude Oil and Diesel Fuels in Ghana”.She is currently lecturing in both the Chemical and Petrochemical programmes at the Department of Chemical Engineering. She is passionate about bringing out not just brilliant engineers but also diligent and committed engineers who have a high sense of integrity. She focuses on building the content of students through her commitment, integrity and professionalism. She is a corporate member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (GHIE) and is currently the patron of the Women in Engineering (WINE), KNUST Chapter. She is the Quiz Mistress for the Ghana National Gas Company’s Quiz Competition, “The Gas Challenge”, which sought to bring tertiary students in the Oil and Gas related programmes to compete healthily on their level of understanding in terms of Gas in Ghana.  Mentoring students is her calling and she hopes to be an icon to female student engineers.
