I am a senior lecturer at School of Medicine and Dentistry, College of Health Sciences, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. I’m a fellow of both West African College of Physicians and Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons (Cardiology Subspecialty).As a lecturer, l teach Medical students, Physician assistant and Pharmacy students. I practice Evidence–Based Medicine in my entire clinical endeavour. My special interest in Cardiovascular Medicine includes -Clinical, Echocardiography and Interventional Cardiology. Currently, I am involved in the running of the Cardiology Clinic at Komfo Anokye Teaching, Kumasi. Also, I’m actively involved in training of house officers resident doctors and fellows.I am a team player, very assertive and have the ability to motivate teams and remain committed to achieve results. I like to teach and motivate people to achieve their maximum potential whiles always thinking ‘outside the box’ with excellent use of my creativity as far as possible. I am very humble and will not hesitate to learn from anybody when the need arise. I have keen interest in academic and professional career.I also have a great interest in clinical research work, especially in the field of cardiovascular medicine. Looking forward to grow in my research career in the field of interventional cardiology; with the view to contribute to reliable clinical data for standard and up-to-date clinical practice and interventions in Ghana and the sub-region has been a prime priority.
