Ahmed Agyapong is a Professor of Strategic Management at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. He is currently a Co-Investigator of Affordable Sustainability for Logistics Network in Ghana (ASONG) and a Research Coordinator of Digital Logistics in Ghana (DIGILOG) under the German Academic Exchange (DAAD). He has published extensively in reputable journals, including International Business Review, Technology Analysis and Strategic Management, African Journal of Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, and International Journal of Emerging Markets. Ahmed is currently an Associate Editor for the Journal of Africa Business. His research focuses on Strategy for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Green Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability. He is a member of the African Academy of Management (AFAM), the Academy of International Business, and the Academy of Management (AOM). He was a member of the High-Level Board of EU-Africa DIGILOGIC, a Project that boosts the cooperation between the EU and AU to develop smart logistic solutions. Ahmed played a key role in the establishment of the KNUST E-Learning Centre. During COVID-19, Ahmed was appointed by the KNUST to lead and migrate the entire university from face-to-face teaching to online teaching to complete the academic year. Ahmed has held several managerial positions at the University, including the Vice-Dean, Acting Dean of the School of Business, Deputy Director for the Institute of Distance Learning, Head of the Department of Marketing and Corporate Strategy, and Currently Dean of KNUST School of Business.
